The Love of Jesus Christian Church (LOJ) is a Bible based, Christ-centred church in Glendenning, NSW. Over the past 2 decades, God has brought the church from a humble home Bible study group to a gospel-focused, non-sectarian, non-denominational church.

Our calling is to expand the Kingdom of God to the community. As a praying and worshiping church, we hope to bring the love of the Lord Jesus Christ and the knowledge of His Word to families across Western Sydney, so that God may be glorified in their lives.

Statement of Purpose
We believe that God's purposes concerning man are:
To seek and to save that which is lost
To be worshiped by man
To build a body of believers in the image of His Son
That as a group of believers, called the church of the Lord Jesus Christ, we enjoined to assemble ourselves for worship, fellowship, counsel and instruction in the Word of God.
As a local church, our aims are:
To be an agency of God to evangelize the world
To be a corporate body in which man may worship God
To be a channel of God to build a body of saints being perfected in the image of His Son.
This church, whose head is the Lord Jesus Christ, exists to emphasize by teaching and encouraging believers to be baptised in the Holy Spirit that enables them to evangelize in the power of the Spirit with accompanying supernatural signs. To set people free and “help build the old waste places, raise up the foundations of many generations, repairer of broken walls”(Isa. 58:12). This is translated into practical helps to the community such as feeding program during evangelism, helping drug addicts recover and restore marriages through counseling, ministering to the sick at home and in hospital, and help homeless or run-away children get restored to their families.
The LOJ church being a full gospel, non-sectarian, non-denominational religious society whose purpose is neither to usurp authority over various local assemblies, nor to deprive them of their scriptural and local rights and privileges; but to recognize and promote scriptural methods and order of worship; and to disapprove unscriptural methods, doctrines and conduct endevouring to keep the unity of faith.
Therefore, the basic modes of operations as a church are fourfold:
EVANGELISM - To preach the Gospel to all men everywhere in all means
NURTURE - Teaching and equipping the believers to observe all Christ has commanded
WORSHIP - To lead the believers to worship God in Spirit and in truth
CHURCH PLANTING - To establish indigenous reproducing churches as stated in the Great Commission
