Our Team
Pastor Orlando Borja
Orlando Borja is a co-founder of LOJ Church in its humble beginnings from a small Bible study group way back in the early days of the fellowship. He was called & ordained as a pastor in March 1999, where he continued to assist and support the growing church operations in various ministries for several years. After which, the Lord positioned him in taking the fivefold ministry role to sit in the office of the pastor in January 2016.
His calling and gifting with an obedient heart contributed him to be very influential in the areas of Bible teaching & exhortation, with prophetic giftings to edify and mobilize the church, including pastors and leaders, to the next level.
Together with his wife Virginia, they now have an expanding family of 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
In his role in the secular industry, he was an educator, a certified software testing professional, and a certified trainer and assessor.
Pastor Herme Lado
Herme Lado, a humble servant joined LOJ Sydney in 1994 after hearing a call from God. He has been faithfully involved in the service ministry team and mission outreaches in the Philippines.
In 2004, he responded to God’s call through prophetic dreams to share the love of God (John 3:16) in his home province, Negros Island where he experienced God’s mighty presence manifested with signs, wonders and miracles that followed during his ministry (Mark 16:15-18). He was ordained in 2006 supporting and assisting the pastoral ministry team of LOJ Sydney while simultaneously overseeing the work of LOJ Vismin (Visayas / Mindanao) churches comprising of five districts at the moment.
His boldness to share the love of God through the Gospel makes him more passionate to reach out to others who need the Lord.
Married to Elisa V. Lado with four children also serving the Lord in different churches with seven grandchildren. He is currently working at Lindt Chocolate, Marsden Park to be able to support mission overseas God has called him to do. He is still a work in progress though nearing full retirement, always ready and happy to serve for the glory of God.
Pastor Grace Corpuz
Pastor Grace (Aleli Grace Angeles-Corpuz) first joined LOJ in 1995 when her family migrated to Australia from the Philippines. She was ordained in 2009 as Evangelist/Teacher and has been a volunteer pastor at the church since then. She is currently Vice-Chairperson of the Church Board.
Married to Rogelio Corpuz since 1992, she has two grown children, Richard Andrew and Ruth Abigail.
She has been working as a successful statistician and data specialist in the government and higher education sectors to support her ministry. She has co-authored two international best-selling books: Unstoppable: How to Successfully Tackle Life’s Obstacles and Thrive and Divinely Designed: How to Surrender to the Potter’s Hand, Go Through the Fires and Crises of Life and Become His Masterpiece.
Pastor Mary Borja
Mary Borja has been serving the Lord since her early teens and has been ordained in pastoral ministry since 2009 serving firstly as a Worship Pastor, and in 2016 also overseeing the Young Generation and Weekly Services Ministry.
“My love for God draws me to church, to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, and to serve His people. I love to do the things that matter to God, and find it a blessing to see others grow as we worship Him together.”
Her role in the secular industry is a Business Support Specialist within Information Technology.
